There are three registration periods:

  • Early Bird Fee Until December 1st, 2026
  • Standard Fee After December 1st, 2026
  • On Site Fee From January 25, 2027

INFORMATION

The registration fee includes:

- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Exhibition area
- Congress materials (pocket program, abstract publication, delegate badge)
- Lunches and coffee breaks

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of Registration:

Delegates are subject to the following charges and refunds upon withdrawal or cancellation.

  • More than 80 days before the first day of the congress: No cancellation fee / Complete reimbursement (not including the bank fees that you may had to pay).
  • Between 79 and 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 50% / Reimbursement of 50% of your payment.
  • Less than 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 100% / No reimbursement.
